Hello. I have a vf40 in great shape, it’s got about 50k miles on it. I would like to know if you offer upgrade services. I would like to change the compressor and turbine blades to match that on a 20g, but in the VF40 housing. Do you offer such services, if so, how much do you anticipate the cost would be? Finally, I plan on using an external wastegate so the internal gate will be removed. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for the inquiry. It is not possible to fit 20G compressor wheel into a VF40 turbocharger. This is a very small frame turbo. Your best option is a VF52, which is a direct replacement and we offer them for sale, or a TD05SL2-20G in a LGT configuration.
